HI My Name is Tressa Barnes. I am a Holistic Energy Healer. I was drawn to this work about 10 years ago. I was struggling with severe anxiety. I was committed to finding a way to overcome this without using prescription drugs. That point in my life was such a pivotal moment to bring me to where I am today. Through my own healing journey I found that illness, anxiety, and depression are all connected to a spiritual or emotional block within ourselves. If one of the system's is out of balance Mind, Body, Spirit, Soul then disharmony will be felt within the entire energetic field. The intention of working with my clients is to help identify these blocks and start to heal them. To help re-balance the Mind, Body, Spirit, and Soul. I Love to help people remember how powerful they are and help them step into that power and heal and balance themselves. This leads to a joyful life that we are all meant to have.
